As part of Lionheart Venues, we are part of a group of contemporary multi-use facilities available for hire throughout Leicestershire. The Lionheart Educational Trust schools have successfully hosted many memorable occasions, events and activities over the years.

Navy Chefs Inspire Students in Culinary Challenge

The chefs visited the school’s GCSE Food and Hospitality students and tasked them with preparing, cooking and presenting two complex dishes; Chicken Kiev and Mini Pavlovas. Working in groups of six, students were given recipe sheets, a collection of ingredients and were then let loose in the kitchen.
